Marquis Macadamias Declares $0.20 Dividend Following Strong Market Performance

The Board of Marquis Macadamias has declared a fully franked dividend of $0.20 per Ordinary Share, payable on 30 April 2025, to shareholders on record as of 27 March 2025. This follows the earlier announcement of the 2025 Notional Price of $4.22/kg at 33% Premium Kernel Recovery (PKR) and reflects the company’s continued delivery of value to its Shareholder base

The dividend is in addition to the $0.20/kg NIS Bonus Payment announced in February for Shareholder deliveries made in 2024. Together, these outcomes signal a positive turnaround in global market conditions and the effectiveness of Marquis Macadamias’ long-term strategy.

Marquis Macadamias CEO, Ben Adams, said the dividend reflects not only strong market recovery but also the collective strength of the grower network.

“Strong global demand for premium macadamia kernels, combined with our operational discipline and consistent quality, has enabled Marquis to deliver this result,” Adams said. “Returns like these are only made possible when supply meets demand. By delivering to Marquis, growers help us meet customer needs, capture value, and remain competitive in the global market. It’s this collective strength that powers our shared success.”

The 2025 Notional Price builds on momentum from late 2024, when Marquis finalised season payments and confirmed a rising trend in kernel demand across all major markets. The company also announced the expansion of its successful delivery sorting system from the Lismore facility to Bundaberg, offering growers greater efficiencies and cost savings at the farm gate.

Bonus payments for Freshcare-accredited growers and for segregated single-variety A203 consignments remain in place for the 2025 season. Payment terms also remain unchanged, with 50% of consignment value paid three weeks after the week of delivery.

Marquis Macadamias continues to invest in systems and infrastructure that support long-term value creation for both growers and shareholders. For more information, visit their website: www.marquis.com
